Shipping policy

All items ship free with purchases that are $75+. Items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, or USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Luxe Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Please ensure that the address entered at the time of purchase is correct. 
If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
