Refund policy
Returns are accepted for store credit ONLY.
NO refunds will be given.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have passed from your delivery date, you will NOT be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at luxeboutiquereno@gmail.com. Please note that shipping fees on returns will be the customers responsibility. LUXE BOUTIQUE will not be responsible for those fees and they are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items purchased from our Accessories tab are non-returnable.
All swimwear and body suits are FINAL SALE.
All items purchased from our SALES tab, FLASH SALES, discounts over 20% and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the limited quantity of our items. If a return is made you can always wait for your store credit to purchase the correct size, color or other merchandise.
Returns Cont....
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If returned items have stains/odors, deodorant and makeup on them, you will NOT be given store credit. If approved, you’ll automatically receive an email with your store credit amount/code to use on our site.
